Daily Painting Challenge No. 8
This particular painting is part of my daily painting series using the palette knife and a 6 x 12 inch canvas board. Inspired by some nature photos I have taken over many years here in Quebec. I have been very fortunate to have travelled from one end of Canada to the other , From St John's Newfoundland to Vancouver Island, British Columbia. I have always taken photos and they will now be recreated through this project of daily paintings. I have visited PEI numerous times , Nova Scotia , New Brunswick , Quebec which finally included Gaspé Penisula (Percé Rock), Ontario all the way along the TransCanada to the Manitoban Border, Manitoba and Rocking Mountain Provincial Park, Saskatoon , Alberta including Banff, Jasper, Drumhellar and of course Whitecourt where I lived, British Columbia including the Sushap and Okanogan Valley and the coast including Vancouver Island and Salt Spring Island. Very excited to bring all these memories to life through art work.
